I will begin posting later than anticipated. I am in Vancouver and totally overwhelmed by the World planning Congress and the WUF (World Urban Forum). Eack session is rich in information and ideas.

I will begin to share details as soon as I get back in HFX and catch my breath.

The worlds population is rapidly urbanizing. Over the course of the next 30 years the number of people living in cities will largely outnumber those in rural settlemants. The purpose of Urban LEAP is to survey the approaches Urban Planners are using to investigate and respond to this challenge.
